  • 2-4 Avocados
  • 2 Free-range eggs
  • Organic spinach
  • Organic cilantro
  • Organic tomatoes
  • Organic Purple onion
  • Organic Red Pepper
  • Avocado oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Heat oven to 350°F
  2. Coat bottom of glass pan with avocado oil.
  3. Cut avocados in half, remove seed and place in pan.
  4. Crack an egg into each half
  5. Top with chopped veggies
  6. Add sea salt and pepper to taste
  7. Bake for 20 minutes
