  • 1 room temperature egg plus 1 egg yolk
  • 1-2 tbsp organic Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup avocado oil


  1. Add room temperature whole egg and egg yolk to a wide mouth mason jar.
  2. Add ingredients in the order listed.
  3. Inset emulsion blender into the jar, turn on and blend until creamy. This usually takes 30-60 seconds.
  4. Store in the refrigerator, with an airtight lid. Consume within 7 days.
