- 1 room temperature egg plus 1 egg yolk
- 1-2 tbsp organic Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 cup avocado oil
- Add room temperature whole egg and egg yolk to a wide mouth mason jar.
- Add ingredients in the order listed.
- Inset emulsion blender into the jar, turn on and blend until creamy. This usually takes 30-60 seconds.
- Store in the refrigerator, with an airtight lid. Consume within 7 days.
